ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
Access to and use of the site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use. Among the information requested, the user must provide a valid e-mail address. This address may be used to send any reply from the competent administrative authority concerning the request for information. The user fills in the form online and validates it. After validation, a transmission message is immediately legible, indicating that the request has been processed within the time limit set by the dedicated administrative authority. RIGHT OF INFORMATION
Article 32 of French Law no. 78-17 of January 6 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties stipulates that: “The person from whom personal data concerning him or her is collected shall be informed, unless he or she has already been informed, by the data controller or his or her representative:

ARTICLE 5: RESPONSIBILITIES
